The Lorina Cheek Guards can be added to your horse's bit to prevent it from rubbing or pinching the lips. Ideal for loose ring snaffles that can often pinch. Sold in pairs. These guards from Lorina protect the horse's lips from the bit rings chafing and pinching, prevent the bit from moving in the horse's mouth, and provide a better fit if the bit is too wide. They are used with loose ring Snaffle Bits, Gag Bits and Pelham Bits to name a few. They are normally applied for jumping events and polo, whilst they are not permitted in competitive dressage or horse show Hunt Seat. Sold in pairs.
