This 700mm Professional Multi-Material Worktop Jig is the new and improved replacement for the KWJ/700. It is a universal worktop jig designed for routing mitre joints in laminated, timber, and compact laminate surfaces. Key features include 3mm, 10mm, and 35mm inset options, and innovative front edge alignment technology for scribed, out-of-square, and non-standard worktops. The Front Edge Alignment Technology accurately positions the jig directly to the start of the mitre joint to accommodate any worktop width. Narrow Inset T-Gauges create 3mm and 10mm insets quickly and easily, perfect for square-edged and modern bullnose worktops, offering a cleaner aesthetic, preventing cutter wear, and improving cordless router runtime. Male Cut-Line Positioning Devices allow the jig to be positioned directly to the male cut line, removing the need for complex calculations for trapped and out-of-square installations. Preset Connector Bolt Recesses accommodate all standard worktop bolt sizes. Indexed Backsets are provided for standard 90° installations with worktop widths of 600, 610, 616, 620, 635, and 700mm. It also features a 400mm Radius for breakfast bar and peninsula trimming, R100mm, R40mm and 45° Corners for edge finishing, and 90° Straight Cuts for accurate skimming and trimming. Additionally, it has a 35mm Hinge / BSP Recess for surface-mount monobloc tap and concealed hinge installation. The jig is constructed from CNC-Machined Compact Grade HPL for precision, strength, and durability. It includes a 8mm Radius Gauge to ensure worktops are suitable for a 10mm narrow inset and an 8.65mm Marking Gauge for perfect positioning for peninsula, radius, and 45° corner finishing.
