Increase the number of hooks used, ensuring there is a hook placed in every other pocket of the pleated tape.
Ensure the tape pocket is not twisted and verify that the fabric is not frayed inside the header, which might obstruct the opening.

To install, simply slide the long arm of the hook into the pockets of your curtain's pleated tape. Ensure the hook is pushed deep into the pocket to provide maximum stability. These hooks are compatible with most standard residential curtain tracks and poles that utilize fabric tape headers. For maintenance, periodically inspect the hooks during your seasonal curtain cleaning to ensure none have snagged or become deformed. If you remove the curtains for washing, it is recommended to remove the hooks first to prevent them from catching on the drum of your washing machine or damaging the fabric.
