Troubleshooting

Pendant light does not turn on.

Check that the power is switched on at the mains. Ensure the E27 bulb is correctly screwed in and is not faulty. Verify the fixture is wired correctly.

Light flickers or dims inconsistently.

Ensure a compatible dimmable bulb is used. Check that the dimmer switch (if installed) is functioning correctly and is compatible with the bulb type. Loose wiring can also cause flickering.

Height adjustment is difficult.

Consult the product manual for specific instructions on how to adjust the suspension cable. Ensure any locking mechanisms are fully disengaged before adjusting and securely fastened afterward.
