Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
This appliance requires a 10 kW electrical connection and is designed for installation by a qualified electrician. Ensure a stable, level surface and adequate ventilation around the unit. Refer to the installation manual for precise dimensions and clearances.
Compatibility:
- Hob: The induction hob is compatible with cookware that has a magnetic base. Test your existing pans by seeing if a magnet sticks to the bottom. Pans made of cast iron, enamelled steel, and most stainless steel cookware are suitable. Aluminium, copper, and glass cookware will not work on induction.
- Electrical: Requires a 230 - 400 V AC input voltage and 50 Hz frequency. Check your home's electrical capacity before installation.
Care:
- Hob: Wipe the induction hob with a damp cloth after use. For stubborn stains, use a specialized ceramic hob cleaner. Avoid abrasive scouring pads.
- Ovens: The left oven features catalytic liners, which require minimal cleaning. The right oven has an enamel coating that can be cleaned with a mild detergent and a soft cloth. For deep cleaning, refer to the oven's manual.
- Exterior: Clean the white and chrome surfaces with a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent. Dry thoroughly to prevent water spots.
