X-Hooks Picture Hanging Kit - White

This kit is designed to hang up to four pictures, based on the quantity of hardware provided.

The kit includes two sizes of hooks (No.1 and No.2), intended for frames of moderate weight. For heavier items, it's recommended to consult specific weight ratings for hooks and use appropriate wall anchors or stud mounting.

You will typically need a hammer to gently tap in the hooks. A screwdriver might be helpful for securely attaching the screw eyes to the frame, although some may be able to hand-screw them in.

The included picture wire is suitable for typical framed pictures. For very heavy or valuable items, it's advisable to use specialized hanging hardware rated for the specific weight.

The hooks can be used on drywall, plaster, or wood. For optimal security on drywall or plaster, consider mounting into a wall stud or using appropriate wall anchors (not included).

Wipe the nickel-plated components with a soft, dry cloth. If necessary, use a slightly damp cloth, but avoid abrasive cleaners to protect the finish.

Adjust the position of the picture wire on the wall hook, or slightly reposition the hook on the wall. Ensure the frame itself is level.

Ensure you are using the correct hook size for the wall material and picture weight. For drywall, try using a wall anchor (not included) or locating a wall stud for more secure mounting.

You may need to purchase additional picture wire if your frame is exceptionally wide. Ensure you cut the wire to a suitable length that allows for secure fastening and hangs below the top edge of the frame.
