FAQs
Are these ear defenders suitable for industrial work?
They are rated for medium-intensity noise and offer a 34 dB reduction, but you should verify if this meets the specific safety requirements of your workplace.
Can I wear these with glasses?
Yes, the 360-degree rotatable cups allow you to adjust the fit, though ensure the foam cushions still form a proper seal around the temple of your glasses.
Are the ear cushions replaceable?
The cushions are designed for durability, but if they become worn, it is recommended to keep them clean to maintain the sound-proof seal.
Can children use these?
These are designed for an adult fit; the adjustable headband may not tighten sufficiently for small children.
Do these provide active noise cancellation?
No, these are passive ear defenders that use acoustic foam and structural design to block sound physically.
Troubleshooting
Headset feels too tight
Adjust the stainless steel headband to a larger setting or ensure the ear cups are centered properly over your ears.
Noise is still audible
Check the seal around the ears to ensure no hair or clothing is caught between the cushion and your skin.
Stiff headband adjustment
Apply a tiny amount of silicone lubricant to the sliding rails if the movement becomes restricted over time.

- Universal fit with adjustable stainless steel frame

Cons

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To achieve the best performance, fully extend the stainless steel headband before placing the unit over your head. Once positioned, slide the headband down until the ear cups fit snugly over your ears, ensuring no hair is trapped under the foam cushion. For cleaning, use a damp cloth with mild soap to wipe the ear cups and cushions; avoid submerging the device in water or using harsh chemicals that could degrade the foam. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use to preserve the elasticity of the cushions.
