Troubleshooting
Bits do not stay attached to the screwdriver handle
Ensure the bit is fully inserted into the magnetic chuck of the screwdriver handle. Check that the magnetic surfaces of both the bit and the handle are clean and free from debris.
Screwdriver handle feels loose or wobbly
Verify that the bit is correctly and securely seated in the handle's chuck. If the issue persists, the bit may be slightly worn or the chuck may require inspection for damage.
Case is difficult to open
Press the ejection button firmly and directly. Ensure there is no debris obstructing the button or the case mechanism. The case is designed to be secure; a deliberate action is needed.
Bits show signs of wear or stripping
Ensure you are using the correct bit size and type for the screw. Apply steady, appropriate torque and avoid over-tightening. For severely worn bits, replace them from the set.
