This Tala Originals 1950s style dry cooks measure is the perfect cooking accessory for quick and easy measurements without the need for a scale. The measurements provided inside the measure are in both metric and imperial for ease including grams, cups and pints. Handmade in England since the 1920s. The cooks measure is also calibrated for measuring fluids (not watertight). Dimensions: 14.5(H) x 11(W) x 11(D)cm. Traditional dry cooks measure. Weights and measures at a glance. Imperial and metric measurements. Not dishwasher safe. The Cook's dry measure is an invaluable kitchen tool. Simply pour ingredients up to the desired level for speed and accuracy without using weighing scales. The measure is calibrated in both metric and imperial, making it easy to follow favourite old classic cookery books, and recipes passed down through the generations. The measure is also calibrated for fluid measurements and can be used to measure liquids for immediate use, be aware this measure is made from tin plate and is not totally watertight. Material: Tin Plate. Do not put your cooks measure in a dishwasher. Simply wash in warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Treat your measure well and it will serve you for many years to come. The cooks measure has been made by hand, in England, in which the production method remains the same since the 1920's.
