Bartoline 1876 Interior Wood Filler is a high-quality, ready-to-use filler designed for professional use. It is ideal for all types of wood repairs, including window frames, doors, and skirting boards. This wood filler dries white and can be stained, painted, or varnished. It offers strong adhesive properties and flexibility, making it suitable for a wide range of wood applications. Preparation: Ensure surfaces to be filled are clean, dry, and dust-free. Enlarge hairline cracks slightly for better filler penetration. Prime nail and screw heads with an oil-based paint to prevent rusting. Directions: Stir the filler to an even, smooth consistency if necessary. Apply directly from the tub using a filling knife or trowel, pressing firmly into the cavity. Smooth over the surface and allow to dry. Suitable for depths up to 6mm. For best results, protect the dried filler from excessive weathering with a suitable exterior paint or varnish. Do not use on surfaces that are regularly submerged in water. Cleaning and Storage: Replace the lid firmly after use to prevent the contents from drying. Remove excess filler from tools before cleaning. Clean tools with water before the filler sets hard. Protect from frost.
