The Monument 173W Stiffnuts Pro Kit is designed for the removal of stiff backnuts from taps in awkward positions and to facilitate rapid tap installation. This tool is suitable for 1/2-inch BSP and 3/4-inch BSP taps. The Monument 170 tool remains in position on the tap tail, allowing for one-handed use and leveraging the mechanical advantage of the tap tail's thread to remove stubborn nuts. It is ideal for 1/2-inch and 3/4-inch BSP taps, as well as 25 mm, 27 mm, 29 mm (ribbed), and 32 mm nuts. The MON173 kit includes a 3/8-inch cordless drill adaptor, a 1/2-inch square drive, an extension tube, and comprehensive user instructions. It is specifically for removing stiff backnuts and for the rapid installation of 1/2-inch BSP and 3/4-inch BSP taps. The tool stays in place on the tap tail, utilizing the thread's mechanical advantage for nut removal. This is the Monument Stiffnuts Professional Boxed Kit.
