Setup, Compatibility & Care
To set up your jump rope, adjust the length to your specific height requirements by sliding the adjustment mechanism within the handles. Always store the rope in a cool, dry place and avoid coiling it too tightly, as this can cause temporary memory kinks in the PVC. While the rope is robust, frequent use on concrete or asphalt will cause the outer layer of the PVC to degrade prematurely. For the best longevity, use the rope on gym mats, wooden floors, or rubberized surfaces. Wipe the handles with a damp cloth after sweaty workouts to maintain a clean grip surface.
