Product Information
Full details
The Lorina Flexi Jointed Pelham is made of a flexi material that is warmer to the touch than stainless steel bits, making it ideal for younger horses or horses with a sensitive mouth. This Pelham can be used with D rings or two reins, the single jointed offers a nutcracker action that works on the tongue and the bars of the mouth. The mouthpiece is made from a flexible polyurethane material thus softening the action - however the exposed single joint brings the nutcracker effect into play, making this bit from Lorina a good choice for horses with a tendency to lower their heads. Available in 5.5" or 6".
