Troubleshooting

Zipper is difficult to open or close

Check for any fabric caught in the zipper teeth. Gently try to work the zipper back and forth. If necessary, use a graphite pencil or wax to lubricate the teeth.

Material has a stain that won't wipe off

Try a mild soap and water solution with a soft cloth. For stubborn stains, consult a product care guide for the specific NanoTough fabric, but avoid abrasive cleaners.

Kit does not stand upright well when partially filled

The kit's structure relies on being reasonably filled. Distribute heavier items in the base or ensure the organizing compartments are utilized to provide internal support.
