Setup, Compatibility & Care
Preparation: Ensure walls are clean, dry, smooth, and free from old wallpaper or loose paint. Prime the walls if necessary, especially on new plaster or previously painted surfaces.
Application: This is a paste-the-wall wallpaper. Apply wallpaper adhesive evenly to the wall surface where the first strip will be hung. For subsequent strips, apply adhesive to the wall and ensure the pattern match aligns correctly. Trim excess wallpaper at the ceiling and skirting board using a sharp blade and straight edge.
Compatibility: Suitable for application on most interior walls, including plaster, drywall, and previously painted surfaces that are sound and properly prepared. Not recommended for use in very humid environments like bathrooms or kitchens without adequate ventilation, unless specified otherwise by a professional.
Care: The washable acrylic substrate allows for gentle cleaning. Wipe away minor marks or smudges with a damp cloth or sponge. Avoid abrasive cleaners or excessive scrubbing, which could damage the textured surface or metallic finish.
