Setup, Compatibility & Care
Installation should always be performed by a qualified heating engineer to ensure the unit is correctly bled and connected to your existing central heating system. When selecting your model, ensure the BTU requirements of your room are matched by the radiator size you choose from the Typhoon range. For care and maintenance, wipe the unit down periodically with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive scouring pads, as these can damage the protective white coating. During the start of the heating season, check the radiator for cold spots, which may indicate that air has trapped in the system and needs to be bled using a standard radiator key.
