The pillows contain a blend of 40% goose down and 60% goose feather.
Yes, they are certified Oeko-Tex Standard 100, making them hypoallergenic, allergenic, and dust mite proof.
Each pillow measures 48x74cm, which is a standard UK size.
This pack includes two pillows.
Yes, they are machine washable at 40°C on a gentle cycle.
Tumble dry on a low heat setting or air dry. Ensure they are completely dry before use. Adding dryer balls can help restore loft.
The shell is made from 100% cotton and is designed to be down-proof.
Allow more time for the pillows to expand. Gently shake and fluff them periodically. If still not fully lofted, try tumble drying on a low heat setting with dryer balls.
Ensure the pillowcase is securely fastened. If feathers are emerging from the shell itself, it may indicate a small tear. Avoid further use or contact customer support. Minor instances can sometimes be remedied by gently pushing the feather back in.
These pillows offer a medium-firm feel suitable for most sleepers. If the firmness is not to your preference, consider adding a pillow protector or using a pillow with a different fill type for your specific needs. For those preferring extra firmness, using two of these pillows together might be an option.
Ensure the pillows are completely dry after washing. If an odor persists, try airing them out in a well-ventilated area for a day or two. Ensure only mild detergents are used during washing.
Setup:
These pillows arrive vacuum packed. Upon opening, gently shake and fluff each pillow to allow the filling to expand to its full loft. It may take a few hours for them to fully recover their shape.
Compatibility:
The pillows are a standard UK size (48x74cm) and are compatible with all standard UK pillowcases.
