As an alternative to concrete slabs or poured concrete, it raises the shed, isolating it from the ground to prevent water splashback. The robust and long-lasting base features deep incisions for pressure treatment preservative, ensuring protection against rot and suitability for ground contact. Building the base is simple: screw the timber sections together with the provided screws. Lay the base on level ground or prop it on uneven ground. While direct placement on dirt or grass isn't recommended, this base makes it possible with a suitable heavy-duty weed membrane underneath. It's guaranteed for 15 years against rot and UC4 Pressure Treated. Designed specifically for Forest Garden 7x7 sheds; compatibility with other manufacturers or Forest Shiplap/Tongue & Groove sheds is not guaranteed. Made in the UK from certified timber.
