White Plastic 70mm Soffit Vents, Pack of 50. These push-in soffit vents are designed for roof and eave ventilation. They require a 70mm diameter hole and meet building regulations. Made from durable, UV-resistant polypropylene to prevent fading. Features an insect grill to keep unwanted guests out. Provides a free airflow of 2150mm² per unit. The vent dimensions are 80mm in diameter with a depth of 15mm. Manthorpe's Circular Soffit Vent can be slotted into the soffit board before installation or retro-fitted into existing soffits. The standard fixing method is a simple push-twist action into a 70mm drilled hole. The vent has evenly spaced slots small enough to prevent large insects from entering, but wide enough to avoid blockages from debris, paint, or water droplets. To achieve 10,000mm²/m of free airflow, fit at 200mm centres. For 25,000mm²/m, fit at 86mm staggered centres.
