This thermal pad is available in different thicknesses and is ideal for creating a perfect thermal contact with PCBs, microcontrollers, memory-ICs, analog ICs, and other SMD components with varying heights and uneven surfaces. Its high softness and thermal conductivity allow it to fill gaps precisely, providing excellent performance. The GP-Extreme ensures easy application and with dimensions of 80x40 mm, it fits large PCB surfaces of VGA cards, hard disks, and other packaged objects.
