The ProDec Contractor Dust Sheet 3-Pack is designed for professional decorators and DIY enthusiasts who need reliable, long-lasting surface protection during home improvement projects. These sheets combine an absorbent cotton top with a leak-proof polythene backing, offering the perfect balance between spill management and liquid containment. While they provide excellent coverage for large areas and stairs, users should note that the dual-layer construction makes them slightly heavier than thin, single-use plastic alternatives, which may affect how they drape over delicate furniture.

Yes, the polythene backing provides a moisture-proof barrier that prevents paint and liquid spills from reaching your floors.
No, it is not recommended to wash these in a machine as the water-resistant polythene backing can be damaged during the cycle.
Yes, the cotton surface is designed to hold onto dust and prevent it from becoming airborne when you move across the room.
While they are durable, they are designed for indoor use. Outdoor conditions may lead to moisture buildup or trapped debris beneath the sheet.
Ensure they are completely dry, fold them neatly, and store them in a cool, dry place to prevent the cotton from attracting mildew.
No, the integrated polythene layer is specifically designed to prevent liquids from soaking through to your surfaces.
Use painter's tape to secure the edges of the dust sheet to the baseboards or floor.
Pull the sheet taut across the surface and weigh down the corners with tools or equipment.
Shake the sheet out outdoors before initial use to remove any loose lint from the manufacturing process.
To get the best performance, lay the sheet with the cotton side facing upwards. Ensure the sheet is smoothed out completely to prevent tripping hazards. When protecting stairs, tuck the excess fabric tightly into the corner of each riser. After use, simply shake the sheets out in a well-ventilated area to remove dry paint dust. If the sheets become saturated with wet paint or paste, allow them to air dry fully before folding them for storage. Avoid washing in a standard washing machine as the polythene backing may degrade; instead, spot clean with a damp cloth if necessary.
