Troubleshooting
Gas lift mechanism won't stay open
The gas lift requires the weight of the mattress to function correctly. Ensure the mattress is properly installed on the base.
Frame feels unstable after assembly
Check that all bolts and screws are fully tightened and the slatted base is properly seated in the frame alignment.
Fabric appears slightly stained or dirty
Use a gentle upholstery cleaner on an inconspicuous area first to test for colorfastness, then spot clean lightly with a damp, clean cloth.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To set up your bed, ensure you have sufficient clearance in your bedroom, as the frame measures 228 x 203 cm. Since the product is delivered in three separate boxes, verify that all components are present before beginning the assembly process. The gas lift mechanism requires the full weight of a mattress to operate smoothly; do not attempt to force the lift down without a mattress in place. For ongoing care, vacuum the fabric headboard regularly to remove dust, and spot clean with a mild, damp cloth if spills occur. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners that may discolor the cream fabric.
