Full details

The X-LOCK X571 Best for Metal Flap Disc offers an excellent lifetime on metal applications. Its high-quality zirconia alumina/semi-friable aluminium oxide grit is tough and wear-resistant for extensive metalwork. The disc's carrier plate is available in angled and straight versions, manufactured from fibreglass material. Use this disc for grinding welding seams and coarse-sanding metal surfaces. Changing flap discs is fast and convenient thanks to the keyless X-LOCK system. This disc is especially suitable for working on stainless steel, steel, cast iron, and sheet metal for working on edges/welded seams and surface sanding at a work angle of 15-25. It is up to 1.5x faster than a Bosch X431 Flap Disc and highly efficient for metalworkers. It can be used with X-LOCK or with nut and thread angle grinders. For grinding metal, e.g. when removing welds and stock on mild steel and stainless steel. Scope of delivery: Bosch PRO X571 X-Lock Flap Disc, 115 mm, G80.
