Professional quality chisel and bit set, Imperial 3/8″ size with a 3/4″ chisel shank for mounting into the hollow chisel morticer. Features an auger bit with a point on the end, one cutting spur and a single spiral for rapid chip clearance. The finely ground chisel has a slight taper for easy withdrawal from the mortice and an easy-to-sharpen single spur auger design that cuts evenly and fast. Manufactured in Taiwan to a very high specification in both accuracy of machining and hardness of steel.
