Troubleshooting

Costume not inflating

Ensure the fan is securely connected and powered on. Check that the battery pack has fresh batteries and is correctly inserted. Verify that all zippers are fully closed.

Costume deflates quickly

Check for any small leaks or tears in the fabric or seams and repair them. Ensure the fan is running continuously.

Limited visibility

Adjust your position slightly to look through the mesh panel. Avoid obscuring the mesh with accessories. Ensure the costume is fully inflated to maintain the intended shape and visibility.

Compatibility: This costume is designed for adult wear and is generally one-size-fits-most, accommodating a range of adult body types. Ensure you have adequate space for the costume's inflated dimensions.

Care: After use, turn off the fan and allow the costume to deflate. Gently wipe down the interior and exterior with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh detergents or machine washing, as this can damage the fabric and fan mechanism. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
