Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: To install the Prym Adjusting Buckles, thread your strap material (up to 40mm wide) through the buckle. Typically, one end of the strap is secured to the main body of the bag, while the other end is threaded through the movable bridge of the buckle and then back through the fixed part of the buckle before being secured to itself. This creates the adjustable loop.
Compatibility: These buckles are specifically designed for straps with a maximum width of 40mm. They are compatible with a variety of fabric types, including canvas, nylon, and webbing, commonly used in bag making. Ensure your strap material does not exceed the 40mm limit for proper function.
Care: To maintain the appearance and function of the silver finish, wipe the buckles clean with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents, which can damage the metal coating. For stubborn marks, a slightly damp cloth can be used, followed by immediate drying.
