This stair runner is made from 100% Polypropylene, making it hard-wearing, durable, and stain-resistant. It features a 9mm thickness for resilience in high-traffic areas. The needle punch technique used in its construction prevents pulling, snagging, or flattening, making it an excellent choice for busy households and even suitable for pet owners. The runner has a latex, gel backing that provides a non-slip function on hard flooring like wood, vinyl, or ceramic tiles, and also offers some anti-slip properties on carpet. This waterproof and rot-proof backing prevents shrinking or wrinkling. While it has a coarse texture and a firm feel, prioritizing durability and practicality over luxury, it is also 100% bleach-proof, UV-resistant, anti-static, and moth-proof. Tested to BS 4790 standards, it has a low radius of ignition.
