The product folds into a portable carry bag, but specific folded dimensions are not provided. It is designed for compact storage.

While designed for pop-up ease, setup is often smoother and quicker with two people, especially for larger canopy sizes.

The mesh sidewalls primarily offer insect protection and airflow. They are not designed to provide significant shelter from rain. The canopy itself offers water resistance.

The canopy is made of 210D Oxford fabric with a silver coating for superior sun protection.

Gently brush off loose dirt. For stubborn spots, use a damp cloth with mild soap and water, then rinse and air dry completely.

This pop-up gazebo is designed for temporary use and events. It is not intended for permanent installation or prolonged exposure to harsh weather without being taken down.

The gazebo includes 8 ground stakes and 4 wind ropes to help secure it to the ground.

Ensure all 8 ground stakes are fully inserted into the ground and all 4 wind ropes are securely tied to anchor points. Consider adding extra weight to the legs.

Check that the frame legs are fully extended and locked. Some canopies have adjustable straps at the corners to tighten the fabric.

Ensure the frame is correctly positioned. The sidewalls typically attach with Velcro or ties; align these carefully with the frame poles.

Ensure the canopy is taut. Slight sagging can cause water to collect. Adjust tension on the canopy or frame if possible.
