FAQs

What are the exact dimensions of the sofa?

The Serena Large Corner Sofa measures 240cm in width, 240cm in depth, and 90cm in height.

Can I remove the covers for washing?

The covers are not designed for machine washing; please refer to professional upholstery cleaning methods for best results.

Is the corner side reversible?

No, this is a fixed-configuration corner sofa. Please check your room layout to ensure the corner orientation matches your requirements.

What kind of floor protection do the feet provide?

The sofa comes with durable plastic feet that are generally floor-friendly, though we recommend using felt pads on hardwood floors for extra scratch protection.

How do I maintain the grey fabric?

Regular vacuuming is key. For accidental spills, blot immediately with a white cloth—do not rub, as this can force the stain deeper into the weave.

Troubleshooting

Cushions appear flattened after heavy use

Regularly remove and hand-fluff the cushions to redistribute the internal padding.

Sofa feels slightly unstable or wobbly

Check that all plastic feet are screwed on tightly and that the floor surface beneath is perfectly level.

Surface dirt or light stains on the fabric

Use a gentle, fabric-safe upholstery cleaner on a small, inconspicuous area first before treating the stain.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Spacious design accommodates large groups comfortably
  • Full-back cushions provide excellent ergonomic support
  • Neutral grey fabric integrates easily with most room decors
  • Deep seating encourages a relaxed and cozy lounging experience

Cons

  • Large footprint requires significant floor space
  • Specific 240cm dimensions may be too large for compact apartments
  • Static corner configuration limits layout flexibility

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure your sofa remains in top condition, follow these guidelines:

  1. Placement: Measure your space thoroughly; ensure you have at least 240cm by 240cm of clearance, plus additional space for movement.
  2. Assembly: Inspect the plastic feet for stability once placed. Ensure the sofa is level on your floor to prevent uneven wear.
  3. Cleaning: Vacuum the fabric regularly using an upholstery attachment to remove dust and crumbs. Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth; avoid harsh chemical cleaners which may affect the fabric integrity.
  4. Maintenance: Periodically rotate and fluff the back cushions to maintain their original shape and support profile.
