The ST8000DXA01, also known as the Seagate FireCuda HDD, is a high-performance hard disk drive designed for serious gamers and creative professionals. It offers massive storage capacity up to 8 TB, allowing you to build your ultimate game vault without any sacrifices. The HDD operates at 7,200 RPM speeds and uses a SATA 6 Gb/s interface, enabling faster data access. It also features a large 256 MB cache to load applications and files faster. The HDD can achieve maximum sustained transfers at 255 MB/s. It has a standardized 3.5 in form factor and a SATA III 6 Gb/s interface, ensuring flexible and easy installation. The HDD benefits from CMR recording technology for higher endurance and faster reads and writes. It comes with Seagates 5-year limited warranty and includes 3-year Rescue Data Recovery Services. The HDD supports Seagate DiscWizardTM and SeaToolsTM software for easy migration and cloning of data, creating and formatting partitions, transferring data, backing up data, and monitoring drive health, performance, and firmware updates.
