While the grinder can cut wood, it is not recommended without the proper disc. Use the correct disc designed for the material you are working with.

Unplug the grinder. Use the wrench provided to loosen the disc nut, remove the old disc, and install the new one, ensuring it is properly secured.

This grinder uses 230mm / 9” discs. Make sure to use discs appropriate for the material you are working with (metal, stone, concrete, etc.).

Clean the grinder after each use with a dry cloth. Regularly check the carbon brushes and replace them when worn. Store the grinder in a dry place.

Stop using the grinder and allow it to cool down. Check for any obstructions to the motor vents and ensure proper ventilation.

Check the power supply and ensure the power cord is securely connected. Verify the outlet is working.

Check if the grinding disc is properly secured and balanced. Replace the disc if it is damaged or worn.

Inspect the carbon brushes for wear and replace them if necessary. Clean any debris from the motor vents.

This may be normal, but excessive sparking can indicate worn carbon brushes or motor damage. Inspect and replace brushes if needed. If the problem persists, consult a qualified technician.
