It is designed for pneumatic dual flush cisterns. You must verify that your cistern supports a 73.5mm diameter button.
Yes, provided the wall is adjacent to the cistern and within the 250mm reach of the pneumatic tube.
Use a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive sponges to prevent damage to the finish.
It is straightforward for those familiar with pneumatic plumbing, but it is recommended to follow the provided manual carefully.
The kit is designed for up to 250mm. Do not attempt to extend the tube with incompatible materials as this will cause pressure loss.
Check the pneumatic tube for sharp bends or kinks that may be restricting airflow.
Ensure the connection between the button and the cistern valve is airtight and that the internal seals are seated correctly.
Check for debris around the button bezel or potential internal spring fatigue.
Before installation, ensure your cistern cutout matches the required 73.5mm diameter. The unit includes the necessary tubing for pneumatic operation; ensure this tubing is free of kinks during installation to maintain optimal air pressure. To keep the button functioning correctly, avoid using harsh abrasive chemicals when cleaning the silver finish. A soft, damp cloth with mild soap is sufficient to maintain the luster and prevent surface scratching. Regularly inspect the pneumatic tube connection at the valve to ensure it remains airtight.
