Troubleshooting

Dispenser not dispensing soap

Ensure the refill cassette is correctly installed and fully seated. Check if the dispenser mechanism is clear of debris. Verify that the dispenser is compatible with this refill type.

Low foam or poor lather

This can occur if the refill is nearing empty or if the dispenser mechanism requires maintenance. Ensure the dispenser is clean and functioning properly. Replace the refill if it is empty.

Soap is too thin or watery

This refill is designed as a foam soap. If the dispensed product appears watery, it may indicate an issue with the dispenser's foaming mechanism or the refill itself. Contact customer support if the issue persists with a new refill.
