Regularly clean the interior and exterior with a soft cloth and a mild, non-abrasive detergent dissolved in warm water. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning tools.

It is recommended to let the appliance stand upright for at least 4 hours after delivery before plugging it into a power outlet. This allows the refrigerant fluids to settle properly.

Check if the appliance is plugged in and the power outlet is working. Ensure the temperature settings are correctly adjusted. Verify that the doors are closing properly and the seals are intact. Avoid overloading the compartments, which can restrict airflow.

Ensure the appliance is level on the floor by adjusting the leveling feet. Check that no objects are touching the back or sides of the unit. Minor operational noises are normal as the compressor runs.

Verify your home Wi-Fi network is active and stable. Ensure your smartphone has an internet connection and Bluetooth is enabled (for initial pairing). Restart the hOn app or try re-pairing the appliance within the app settings.

Check the general refrigerator temperature setting; it might be set too low. If using the My Zone compartment, ensure its temperature is appropriate for the items stored within it, as some settings can be very cold.

While Total No Frost prevents major ice buildup, minor frost can occur if doors are left open frequently or for long periods. Ensure door seals are clean and intact. If significant ice buildup occurs, contact customer support.
