The SupaDec Waterproof Fix & Grout is an ideal solution for DIY enthusiasts and homeowners tackling small to medium tiling projects, repairs, or general maintenance. Its primary benefit is the dual-action formula that serves as both an adhesive for fixing tiles and a sealant for grouting joints, resulting in a clean, super white finish. However, users should note that as a ready-to-use product, it is best suited for localized tasks rather than large-scale floor installations, where specialized high-load thin-sets might be required.

This product is primarily designed for small to medium projects and wall tiling. It is not recommended for high-traffic floor areas.
No, this is a ready-to-use formula. Do not add water as it will compromise the bond strength and consistency.
While it is water-resistant, it is intended for splash zones. It is not suitable for areas subject to constant water immersion.
Drying times vary based on ambient temperature and humidity; typically, it should be left to cure for 24 hours before exposure to moisture.
For the best bond, it is recommended to remove loose paint and prime the surface according to the tile manufacturer's instructions before applying the adhesive.
Tools can generally be cleaned with warm water while the product is still wet.
Work in smaller sections and keep the tub lid closed tightly when not actively scooping the compound.
Check if you have used too much adhesive or if the surface is not clean; ensure the substrate is level and structurally sound.
Ensure you are using a consistent pressure with your grout float and cleaning away excess material promptly with a damp sponge.
Before application, ensure your target surface is clean, dry, and structurally sound. For wooden surfaces, verify that the board is stable and free from significant vibration to prevent cracking. Apply the product using standard tiling tools. Keep the lid tightly sealed when not in use to maintain the product's moisture content. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to extend its shelf life. If the compound begins to feel tacky or dry during application, check that you are not working in an area with excessive airflow, which can prematurely cure the outer layer.
