Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: The Hot Tuna Inline Skates typically come pre-assembled. Ensure the sizing adjustment mechanism is securely locked before use. Check that all straps and laces are tied snugly for a secure fit.
Compatibility: These skates are designed for use on smooth, paved surfaces such as sidewalks, bike paths, and skate parks. Avoid rough terrain, gravel, or wet surfaces for optimal performance and safety.
Care:
- Cleaning: Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Allow the skates to air dry completely.
- Wheels: Periodically check wheels for wear and tear. Rotate or replace them as needed to maintain smooth rolling. Keep wheels clean from debris.
- Bearings: While not user-serviceable in most junior models, keep bearings dry and free from excessive dirt. If performance degrades, professional service or replacement might be necessary.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prolong their lifespan.
