Yes, the aeration design limits splashing and stabilizes the stream, which generally leads to lower water consumption compared to standard aerators.
Periodically unscrew the head and rinse the stainless steel screen under running water to ensure optimal flow.
Ensure the rubber gasket is correctly positioned and the unit is tightened firmly to the faucet threads.
Unscrew the spray head and rinse the internal stainless steel filter screen to remove any trapped sediment or debris.
Check that the nozzle is free of lime buildup; if it feels stuck, soak the head in white vinegar to dissolve mineral deposits.
To install, first remove your existing aerator using a wrench if necessary, taking care to protect the faucet finish with a cloth. For M22 internal thread faucets, the unit attaches directly. If your faucet has M24 internal threads, use the included adapter to ensure a secure fit. Ensure the rubber seal is seated correctly to prevent leaking. To clean, periodically unscrew the nozzle to rinse the stainless steel filter screen of any trapped mineral deposits or sediment buildup.
