Product Information
Full details
Colgate Bluey Kids Toothpaste is designed for parents seeking an effective, cavity-fighting oral care solution that makes daily brushing a positive experience for children. Its primary benefit is the dentist-recommended fluoride formula that strengthens enamel fourfold, though some children may find the mild mint flavor less appealing than fruit-based alternatives if they are particularly sensitive to mint.

FAQs
At what age can my child start using this toothpaste?
This toothpaste is generally suitable for children once they have reached the age where they can effectively spit out the foam after brushing, usually around 3-6 years old.
Is this toothpaste safe if my child swallows a little bit?
It is designed for children, but it should be used with adult supervision to encourage spitting and minimize swallowing, as swallowing large amounts of fluoride toothpaste is not recommended.
Does this toothpaste contain sugar?
No, the toothpaste is sugar-free and specifically formulated to fight cavities.
How much toothpaste should I put on the brush?
A pea-sized amount is sufficient for children to get the necessary fluoride protection without using too much product.
How often should my child brush?
For optimal cavity protection, children should brush at least twice daily—once in the morning and once before bedtime.
Troubleshooting
Child dislikes the mint flavor
Try using a very small 'pea-sized' amount to dilute the intensity, or encourage brushing immediately after a rinse with water.
Toothpaste cap is difficult to open
Rinse the cap under warm water to remove any dried paste residue that may be causing the threading to stick.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the best results, use this toothpaste in conjunction with a soft-bristled toothbrush designed for children. Store the tube in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the integrity of the fluoride ingredients. Ensure the cap is tightly closed after every use to prevent the paste from drying out. If the toothpaste is exposed to extreme heat, it may change texture; discard if it shows signs of separation or abnormal consistency. This product is compatible with all standard child-sized manual and electric toothbrushes.
