The Knipex Versatile Cable Stripping Tool is designed for precise and efficient cable insulation removal. It features four adjustable blade positions: folded, straight, angled, and ratcheting, allowing for flexibility in various cutting tasks. The ratcheting function enables effortless cutting through diverse cable sheaths, including tough plastic materials with wall thicknesses up to 7mm. A protective guide shoe ensures that conductor insulation remains intact during use. The ergonomically crafted handle minimizes hand fatigue for comfortable extended use. Safety is enhanced with a sickle-shaped, replaceable hook blade that folds away for secure transport and a three-stage blade lock. It also includes an integrated tether attachment point for compatibility with the KNIPEX Tethered Tool System. Length of blade is 45 mm. Isolation protection is not 1000 V.
