Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before your first use, ensure the ball is inflated to the manufacturer-recommended pressure, typically indicated near the valve. Use a standard ball pump with a needle lubricated with a drop of glycerin or water to prevent damage to the valve. For long-term care, avoid leaving the basketball in extreme temperatures, such as inside a hot car, as this can degrade the rubber. Wipe the ball down with a damp cloth after outdoor use to remove dirt and dust, which can cause the surface to become slippery. Store the ball in a cool, dry area when not in use to maintain its shape and material integrity.
