Benetint is designed to be longwearing. On lips, it can last several hours, often through meals, though touch-ups may be needed after oily foods. On cheeks, it typically lasts for the majority of the day.

For cheeks, it's best applied over liquid foundation for a seamless blend. If using powder foundation, apply Benetint first and let it set, then apply powder over it. On lips, it can be worn alone, under lip balm, or under lip gloss.

While it's not explicitly labeled as waterproof, its transfer-proof and longwearing nature means it holds up well against sweat and humidity better than many traditional blushes and lipsticks.

Benetint can be removed with most standard makeup removers, micellar water, or an oil-based cleanser. For stubborn stains, a gentle scrub might be needed.

Benetint is formulated specifically for lips and cheeks. While some users might experiment, it is not recommended for use around the eyes or on other delicate facial areas.

Benetint has a very subtle, almost imperceptible floral or rose-like scent upon application, but it is generally tasteless once applied and dried.

Apply less product (1-2 dots) and blend immediately with a patting motion. Work on one cheek at a time to allow for quick blending before the stain sets.

Apply additional layers, allowing each layer to dry completely before applying the next, until desired intensity is achieved.

Prep lips with a hydrating lip balm before applying the tint. Alternatively, apply a clear lip gloss or a hydrating lip oil over the tint after it has dried.

For cheek application, use a makeup brush or sponge instead of fingertips. If using fingers, wash hands immediately after blending.

Ensure lips are exfoliated and moisturized before application. Apply a thin, even layer, and press lips together to distribute the color. For touch-ups, apply directly to the lighter areas.
