This Osram spare bulb kit is designed for professional truck drivers operating 24V vehicles with H7 headlamp bulbs. Its key benefit is providing essential spare bulbs and fuses in a convenient, organized case, allowing drivers to quickly replace failed components and continue their journey safely without an immediate workshop visit. A potential caveat is that it specifically contains H7 bulbs, so users with other headlamp types will need a different kit.

This kit is specifically designed for 24-volt vehicles, commonly found in commercial trucking and heavy-duty applications, that use H7 headlamp bulbs.
The kit includes two OSRAM OE H7 24V headlamp bulbs.
The kit also contains a selection of other common 24V spare bulbs (P21W, PY21W, P21/5W, R5W, R10W, T4W) and three flat fuses (15A, 20A, 30A).
The kit comes in a durable plastic box with specifically designed compartments that hold the lamps securely, protecting them from vibrations and impacts.
No, these bulbs are rated for 24V systems. Using them in a 12V system may result in significantly reduced light output or failure to operate. Conversely, using 12V bulbs in a 24V system will cause them to burn out immediately.
Store the kit in a clean, dry, and easily accessible location within your vehicle. Ensure the case is closed properly to keep the components organized and protected.
Ensure the bulb is correctly seated in the socket. Check the corresponding fuse in the kit; if blown, replace it with the appropriate rating. Verify the vehicle's electrical system is functioning correctly.
Consult the fuse ratings provided in the kit (15A, 20A, 30A). If a fuse has blown, identify the correct rating for the affected circuit and replace it. If the fuse blows again immediately, seek professional diagnosis.
Handle spare bulbs only by the base to avoid transferring oils from your skin, which can cause premature failure. If the glass is visibly damaged, do not install the bulb; use a new one from the kit.
Compatibility: This kit is designed for 24-volt vehicles equipped with H7 halogen headlamp bulbs. Always confirm your vehicle's bulb type before use.
Setup: No setup is required for the kit itself. The components are ready for use when needed.
Care: Store the kit in a dry, secure location within the vehicle, such as a glove compartment or tool storage area. Ensure the plastic box is closed securely to prevent components from scattering. Periodically inspect the bulbs and fuses to ensure they are undamaged and properly seated within their compartments. Clean the exterior of the plastic box with a damp cloth if necessary.
