The Croydex Romsey Robe Hook is an ideal solution for homeowners and renters looking to add functional, stylish storage to a bathroom or en-suite without the hassle of extensive renovations. Its primary benefit is the innovative Flexi-Fix system, which allows for versatile mounting options that avoid the need for new drilling; however, users should ensure the mounting surface is clean and level for optimal adhesive performance.

Yes, provided the surface is smooth and non-porous, the adhesive mounting method is designed to hold securely on tiles and glass.
Yes, the Flexi-Fix 'X' plate is universal across the entire Croydex Flexi-Fix accessory collection.
If you are using the adhesive method, you need no tools. For screw-fixing, a standard screwdriver is all that is required.
It is designed to hold standard bathroom towels and robes. Avoid hanging excessively heavy or wet winter coats.
Yes, the adhesive mount can typically be removed with careful prying and residue cleanup, making it ideal for rental properties.
If screwed, tighten the fixing screws. If glued, remove the hook, clean the residue, and re-apply the adhesive ensuring it cures for the full 24-hour duration.
Ensure the tile surface is completely clean and free of soap scum or oils before re-applying; use an alcohol-based wipe to prep the surface.
Installation is straightforward due to the included fixings and the 'X' plate design. To install, first determine if you are using the screw-fix method or the adhesive method. If using adhesive, ensure the wall surface is entirely free of dust and moisture to guarantee a strong bond. Once installed, avoid placing weight on the hook for at least 24 hours to allow the adhesive to fully set.
For ongoing care, wipe the chrome-plated surface with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive sponges or harsh chemical cleaners, as these can strip the chrome finish and cause premature tarnishing or scratching.
