Troubleshooting
Mat is not lying flat
Unroll the mat completely and place it in a warm environment for a few hours. Then, place heavy objects on the corners to help it settle flat.
Excessive shedding of coir fibers
This is normal for new coir mats. Shake the mat outdoors vigorously for the first few uses. The shedding should decrease significantly over time.
Mat slides on the floor
Ensure the floor beneath the mat is clean and dry. If the anti-slip backing appears worn, consider replacing the mat.
