Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup Instructions
- Prepare Surfaces: Ensure all surfaces to be bonded are clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, or loose particles. Lightly abrade smooth surfaces with fine sandpaper for better adhesion.
- Dispense Adhesive: Squeeze out equal amounts of resin and hardener from both tubes onto a clean, disposable surface (e.g., a plastic lid or cardboard).
- Mix Thoroughly: Using a mixing stick, thoroughly combine the two components until a uniform, crystal-clear mixture is achieved. Mix for at least 30 seconds. Remember, you have a 5-minute working time once mixed.
- Apply Adhesive: Apply a thin, even layer of the mixed adhesive to one of the surfaces.
- Join Parts: Carefully press the surfaces together and hold or clamp them in position until the adhesive has set (typically within 5-10 minutes, but full strength takes 2 hours).

Product Care & Storage
- Clean Up: Immediately wipe away any excess uncured adhesive with a suitable solvent (e.g., acetone or methylated spirits). Once cured, the adhesive can only be removed mechanically.
- Storage: Store the tubes in a cool, dry place, ideally at room temperature, with the caps tightly secured to prevent hardening and prolong shelf life.
- Safety: Keep out of reach of children. Use in a well-ventilated area. Avoid contact with skin and eyes; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
