The Rotabroach Raptor Cutters feature a unique and exclusive geometry designed for extended lifespan, faster cutting, and superior hole finish compared to other annular cutters. Manufactured from HSS with an aluminium addition (M2AL) and heat-treated for excellent hardness. This Rotabroach HSS Raptor Cutter has a diameter of 24mm and a cutting depth of 25mm. Its cutting edge geometry enhances performance and reduces cutting forces, producing a solid slug that ejects upon breakthrough. These cutters are faster, easier, and more accurate than conventional twist drills. They are made of super tough high-speed steel (M2 grade) with a 3/4" Weldon shank compatible with all magnetic drills. They offer accurate, symmetrical, fine finish hole cutting capabilities and reduced friction between the HSS core drill and the material, saving time and energy.
