Troubleshooting

Pull is wobbly after installation

Ensure the screw is fully tightened. Check that you are using the correct screw length for the material thickness and that the mounting hole is not stripped.

Screw doesn't fit

Verify you are using one of the provided screw lengths. If neither fits, you may need to source screws of a different size or thread type compatible with your furniture.

Paint chipped or damaged

Inspect the product upon arrival. For minor chips, touch-up paint may be an option. Contact customer support if the damage is significant.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup:

  1. Determine the correct screw length needed for your cabinet or drawer thickness.
  2. Drill a pilot hole if necessary (recommended for harder woods).
  3. Align the pull with the pre-drilled hole on the furniture.
  4. Insert the appropriate screw from the inside of the drawer or cabinet and tighten it into the pull.

Compatibility:

These pulls are compatible with most standard drawers, cabinets, cupboards, and doors that can accommodate a screw-mounted handle. They are best suited for wooden furniture.
