This set is primarily designed for hard floors. While it may pick up surface debris on low-pile carpets, it is not intended for deep cleaning carpets.

The rubber lip is integrated into the dustpan design and is not designed to be a user-replaceable part.

The bristles are made of durable material, designed to be tough on dirt yet gentle on floors.

Wipe the dustpan with a damp cloth. Rinse the brush bristles under water and allow to air dry. Avoid harsh detergents.

Ensure the telescopic sections are fully extended or retracted and the locking mechanism is securely engaged. If the issue persists, contact customer support.

Ensure the rubber lip is making full contact with the floor. Sweep with gentle, controlled motions. For very fine dust, a quick brush over the area before using the dustpan may help.

Check for any debris stuck within the bristles. Rinse the bristles clean. Ensure you are sweeping in the correct direction for your floor type and the nature of the debris.
