Care: Dispose of used tampons responsibly. Do not flush them down the toilet. Always change tampons every 4-8 hours. If you experience any symptoms of Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS), such as high fever, vomiting, diarrhea, dizziness, or a sunburn-like rash, remove the tampon immediately and seek medical attention.
