The KWJ950/PRO is a 950mm Professional Multi-Material Worktop Jig designed for routing mitre joints in laminated, timber, and compact laminate surfaces. It features 3mm, 10mm, and 35mm inset options, along with innovative front edge alignment technology for scribed, out-of-square, and non-standard worktops. The jig accurately positions itself directly to the start of the mitre joint, accommodating any worktop width. Narrow inset T-gauges quickly create 3mm and 10mm insets, ideal for square-edged and modern bullnose worktops, providing a cleaner aesthetic, preventing cutter wear, and improving cordless router runtime. Male cut-line positioning devices allow for direct jig positioning to the male cut line, eliminating complex calculations for trapped and out-of-square installations. Preset connector bolt recesses are compatible with all standard worktop bolt sizes, including Zipbolt and Unika 'Slimline'. The jig includes indexed backsets for various worktop widths (600, 610, 616, 620, 635, 700, 900, and 950mm) for standard 90° installations. It also offers a 400mm radius for breakfast bar and peninsula trimming, R100mm, R40mm, and 45° corners for edge finishing, and 90° straight cuts for accurate skimming and trimming. A 35mm hinge / 1⁄2 BSP recess is included for surface-mount monobloc tap and concealed hinge installation. Specifications include a length of 1260mm, width of 340mm, thickness of 12mm, and weight of 7.4kg. Insets are 3/10/35mm, backsets range from 600 to 950mm, bolt recesses are 4 with centres at 175mm, and corner radii are 40/100mm. Peninsular radius is 400mm. Requires a 30mm guide bush, a 12.7mm dia. x 50mm length router cutter, a 1/2 inch plunge router, and minimum 80mm throat F-clamps. Compatible with Trend CASE/1001 Combi 1001 Carry Case and other compatible cases. Tool not included. Comes with a hand carry strap.
